These terms govern your use of the ChargeAE app and website. By using ChargeAE, you agree to them.

The service

ChargeAE helps you locate EV chargers, plan journeys, and track charging costs in the UAE. It is provided free of charge, “as is”.

Accuracy of information

Charger locations, availability, connectors, power and prices come from open and operator sources and can change without notice. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee that a charger is available, working, or priced as shown. Always confirm at the station. Trip plans, ranges, times and cost estimates are guidance, not guarantees — real-world results depend on your vehicle, driving, weather and traffic.

Safe use while driving

Do not operate the app in a way that distracts you from driving. Set up your route before you set off, and follow all traffic laws. You are responsible for your own safe driving.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape en masse, or reverse-engineer it, and no using it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ChargeAE is not liable for losses arising from reliance on charger data, trip plans, or cost estimates, or from any inability to charge. Your use of chargers is between you and the charging operator.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
